The customer service here was top-notch and the food was absolutely amazing! The room I stayed in was simple and practical, which suited all my needs perfectly. The best part was that this venue is situated in a fantastic and unbeatable location 👌, making it super convenient for other travelers as well.

hotel was very well located, in a quiet area a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia cathedral. rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms, girl at the counter was very nice as well as the guy who fixed my safe.
hotel lobby is very nice, corridors to the rooms are a bit dark and old-fashioned. elevator doesn't inspire any confidence. They have a serious problem with the temperature of the rooms, I went there when the cold season was ending and it was very hot in the room, in spite of having air conditioning, it didn't work because they manage the air conditioning in a general way, that's how the guy at the counter expressed it to me in a somewhat crude and dismissive way, he was very unkind, he always seemed very busy and he didn't treat his guests well or at least not towards me. temperature in the lobby was perfect, corridors and rooms were too hot, even a Colombian family two rooms away from mine had the same problem. You can't sleep either with the windows open because in front of the hotel there are condos where you can be seen completely if you don't close the curtains. Nobody helps you carry your bags to your room, beds were not comfortable because they were 2 beds together and hard.

The person in charge received us kindly and offered us an upgrade of the triple room we had booked. We stayed in an apartment 2 blocks from the hotel. Very comfortable since there were 3 of us. He also provided us with useful information and advice about interesting places to visit beyond the typical tourist sites, as well as how to get around and where to eat, in order to capture the spirit of the city from its local perspective and not only from the tourist one. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was very complete indeed. Good coffee.. Very good location. Easy access from the airport.. Very close to the Sagrada Familia. You can appreciate it during your whole stay every time you go on a tour and you don't get tired of watching it. You can go on foot to several tourist highlights and with access within walking distance of the metro and buses to visit more distant places such as Barceloneta beach or Camp Nou stadium.

Friendly staff and convenient location, good breakfasts.
Rooms are normal but a little cosmetic repairs wouldn't hurt.

We were given a wheelchair accessible room with a terrace and fresh towels, which was essential. The food was fantastic with a huge variety of dishes on the menu.

A very quiet room looking over the back of the hotel. Comfortable beds. We slept well.
The room was a bit spartan. I got tired of looking at bare white walls.

Location is of course near to the Sagrada Familia, nearby convenience stores. Staff reasonably accommodating.
The rooms are incredibly small and tight. Our room was a double bed, but was the size of a dormitory room. We booked for 3 nights, but left early to stay at a more adequate hotel. The staff was quick to indicate that that was the typical size room for a 3-star hotel. It is neither a 3- star hotel, nor is it the case. There is not a gym in the hotel, but one nearby. However, the concierge did not provide any information about how to access the gym. Noise from other rooms and door slamming was very audible.
